Katrin has demonstrated success leading cultural change, internal training programs, and leadership development initiatives for organizations. She has over 20 years of experience working with individuals and teams from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. Katrin’s key to success is that she has always embraced change and driven results. She possesses the intrinsic motivation and desire to empower those around her. Katrin believes there is no challenge that cannot be overcome with enough focus, dedication, and a sincere willingness to learn. She is passionate about bringing out the best in individuals, teams, and organizations, and consistently provides the right balance of challenge, support, and education that clients need to reach their goals. Katrin is certified in Everything DiSC and an accredited facilitator of The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. She has a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Development and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration on Contract Management and Negotiation.
Mike has provided training and consulting services for more than 25 years. He has held leadership positions in the government, commercial, and non-profit sectors. Mike has coached executives ranging from start-ups, family owned, and Fortune 500 companies. He has led companies through growth stages, ownership transitions, and market pivots.
Mike is driven to contribute to the success of others. He has always been a strong advocate, and actively engaged in peer mentoring and personnel development. He has designed and implemented organic programs tailored to align with the culture, individuality, and goals of the organization. Mike is certified in Everything DiSC and an Authorized Partner in The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. He has a degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis on Applied Behavioral Science.
